LYNDA McGUIRE

OWNER / DESIGNER

Founder of Riverside Franklin. She is a fifth generation Williamson County Resident. Her roots run deep in Franklin, TN. Her passion for furniture and beautiful things began when she worked with her dad at Riverside Antiques. In the 18 years she worked along side him she learned the ins and outs of owning a small business.
In August of 2017 Lynda had the opportunity to purchase the family business from her dad. Riverside Franklin was born in the heart of Franklin’s historic district.  Lynda operates Riverside Franklin as a furniture, home decor and design business. She has an amazing team working hard along side her.

When Lynda is not in the store, at market, looking for unique finds she enjoys  time on the family farm with her husband Tom, their two sons Luke and Cole (his wife Amy) and their precious grandson Rowe.

Best of Houzz winner for Customer Service for the past 7 consecutive years!  Best of Houzz winner for Design for the past 4 consecutive years! Styling Spaces Home Staging & Re-Design was hired to stage a home for a HGTV Premier, “Joined at the Flip”, filmed right here in Nashville, TN!

JULIE DAVIDSON

Julie Davidson has been a part of our Riverside team since 2012 and has worked along side us before, during and after we took ownership of the shop in 2017. Like everyone on our wonderful team, she wears different hats, depending on what is needed. You’ll see her merchandising the shop and assisting customers throughout the day. One thing you may also notice is her phone will probably be in her hand! Julie has a “knack for tech” and uses that talent to help us with our social media. We appreciate that she enjoys providing a virtual window of our showrooms with posts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. She is often the person answering the questions you send our way online!

ETHAN LAMB

I’m Ethan Lamb, a designer who’s all about creating spaces that feel lived-in, effortless, and cool. My style leans into clean lines, layered textures, and a mix of modern energy with timeless comfort—think cozy modernism with a Franklin edge.

At Riverside Franklin, I get to blend curated pieces, lighting, and one-of-a-kind finds into designs that don’t just look good, but feel good to be in. I believe great design isn’t about trends—it’s about building spaces that reflect who you are and where you’re headed. For me, it’s less about perfection and more about vibe: a place you want to hang out, kick back, and still feel inspired every time you walk in.

TOM MCGUIRE

Tom has spent most of his work life as a director of operations in the restaurant business. Soon after he and Lynda acquired Riverside Franklin he decided to retire from that industry and join in the day to day operations along side Lynda. Customers would say he is the guy you can count on to carefully deliver their Riverside purchases!

We are thrilled to finally be able to share our exciting news with you! After 21 years of buying, selling & building a wonderful business in the heart of Downtown Franklin, Dwight & Delores Lynch are retiring. They deserve some much needed rest & new adventures! Their daughter, Lynda and her husband Tommy, have purchased the family business! They are looking forward to building on the great business her parents started.
